The Full “Pink” Moon in Libra illuminates our relationships and Venus waltzes with new partner Taurus. But Pluto cuts in, reminding us that total honesty and self-awareness are vital to the choreography.

On Monday, Venus shifts into tranquil Taurus, its home turf, where it will luxuriate for the next month. This shift gently nudges us away from the quick, self-driven pace of Venus in Aries and into a slower, more considered, even mindful, groove. Love stops being a game of pursuit and starts to feel more like something you slip into like a warm bath. There's a renewed sense of balance, a focus on what feels good and authentic and lasts, whether that's in our connections, wallet or approach to pleasure. We naturally and easily gravitate towards life's quieter pleasures: tasty meals, extra rest, gentle touch, beauty, quality time. It's a reminder that taking it slow isn't falling behind—it makes life’s journey that much more enjoyable.

Then on Wednesday, April 1, at 10:12 pm EDT the Libra Full Moon becomes exact when the Moon sits at 12 degrees Libra and the Sun opposes it at the same degree in Aries.  Traditionally called the Pink Moon, it often shines with a rosy-salmony glow in keeping with Libra’s penchant for beauty and artistry.

The sign also gets pegged as refined, cooperative, and cool-headed, but this lunation is packing more emotional heat than usual. With both the Sun and Moon are squared by Jupiter in Cancer which makes what is known as a cardinal T-square. Dynamic and frictional, having Jupiter at the apex ramps up the risk of going overboard, acting without thinking, or getting caught up in impatience and defensiveness. We might find ourselves feeling impulsive, headstrong, or even a bit combative under this vibe.

This week could see the momentum generated by last Saturday’s Saturn-Pluto sextile and worldwide “No Kings” protests. For under this lunation, themes of fairness, equal treatment, and higher ethics come through loud and clear. Libra has ties to the law and equality, while Jupiter stands for judges, lawyers, and moral codes. Plus, the Full Moon is shining a light on the new path laid by February’s great Saturn-Neptune conjunction.  Revelations are possible if we’re open.

Full Moons have a knack for revealing things hidden in the shadows, and this one is no exception. This time, Venus—Libra’s ruler and the ruler of the Full Moon—forms an exact square to Pluto on Friday. Which amps up a sense of suspicion, highlights secret motives and fuels a strong urge to dig for the truth. Some relationships will undergo intense transformation.

It’s a theme that underlies the weekend scenario, directed by the Moon in deep and soulful Scorpio. This adds a deeper emotional layer and possibly closure on some narratives. The lunar impulse now is to feel everything fully, which may involve deciding what needs to stay and what should go. The vibe gets more intense—feelings go beneath the surface, truths are harder to brush aside, and the urge to be honest supersedes any wish to maintain the status quo. Before it is all over, though, quiet shifts are possible, allowing us to go forward with more surety.

That being said, aspects on Saturday are highly favourable for socializing and making new connections. A generous spirit prevails. On Sunday, a rambunctious Sun-Jupiter square will have many of us agreeing with Wilde that “nothing succeeds like excess.” This transit can bring unbridled confidence and optimism, even good fortune. The trouble is, we tend to overdo things, which can have the opposite effect.  To best handle it, exercise moderation while on the road, working out or at family feasts, and stop to smell the daffodils.
