Weekly Horoscope: March 22-28, 2021
The pace quickens in the leadup to a Full Moon in Libra, shifting the focus to the company we keep…upgrade, delete or other?
Monday dawns tranquilly. With Mercury now in dreamy Pisces it may be hard to keep our minds focused on the business at hand. The Moon languishing in homebody Cancer makes us appreciate working from home more—especially the short walk to the kitchen!
In contrast, the planets stir it up on Tuesday, March 23. A frictional aspect between busy Mars in Gemini and controlling Pluto in Capricorn ups the frustration levels. Folks around us can be both irrational and confrontational. And with Mercury also tangling with the dwarf celestial body, the path to resolution does not lie clear.
Things ease once the Moon enters fiery and showy Leo that evening. Early Wednesday, it squares of with both Saturn and Uranus. This front-burners the clash of the latter two titans, the overarching challenge of 2021. In some area of your life, radical reinvention is needed. If you’ve been dragging your feet, a not-gentle reminder could come this day.
Moving on, luna makes more favourable alliances on Thursday. It is still in Leo, one of the most romantic signs going. The very next day, The Sun and love-goddess Venus canoodle in Aries, a highly extemporaneous sign. Off-the-cuff proposals could be in the scenario for some. Venus is also about beauty and values, so some impulse buying of fashion or décor items could be in the works, too. What most appeals: pops of bright, exuberant colours and items. And with Aries’ penchant for being numero uno, on the cutting edge of a trend.
Relationships may hit a speedbump on the weekend. Friday evening, a fault-finding Moon in Virgo has words with a vocal Mars in Gemini. It’s a good time to become more aware of how we express our needs. Just don’t overdo it lest your words prove more cutting than intended.
It all culminates with the Full Moon in Libra on Sunday, March 28, at 2:48 pm ET. Every month, the Full Moon provides an opportunity to gain greater clarity. This time, the Moon is in Libra, throwing the spotlight on relationships, especially romantic ones.
It’s a sign that values “us” over “I,” and all about playing fair and accommodating others’ needs. The Sun, still close to Venus, in Aries has the opposite agenda. Positively, it also reminds us that to completely losing our selves in someone else is never a good idea.
Aries is both impatient and blunt, so it’s best to be mindful of words now. Throwing down ultimatums or demands for clarity may be efficient, but not have the desired effective. Libra, an air sign, is the consummate negotiator and now makes flowing trine aspects to both Mars and Saturn. This indicates that talking things through in a logical and detached manner is the best plan now.
Mars in Gemini can give the impetus to take a relationship to the next level. Saturn is always about permanence, and in Aquarius means higher ideals are the ties that truly bind now.
