Sunday’s dramatic Full Moon illuminated big ambitions, and though progress towards them may appear thwarted, excellent progress is possible for those who are flexible and open to new ways of doing things.

In Leo, the past lunation urged us to live out loud, to proudly lean into our highest potential. Emotions ran high, ego was on display and easily bruised. All of which may have left us with a tremendous sense of FOMO. The challenge now is to take the clarity gained during it and come up with a plan going forward.

On Monday, frustration can arise as we encounter delays or other challenges that test our patience. Rather than dwelling on setbacks and obstacles, causing us to lose sight of the progress we are actually making. It is important to remain aware of this tendency and consciously shift our attention towards the positive steps we are taking, even if they seem small. By focusing on our achievements, we can navigate the day with greater resilience and optimism.

And with the Moon still in the sign of the lion applying to a square with impulsive Uranus, it may not take much to trigger us. Adding to the dynamism, the side-spinning planet stations direct this week. This is its last hurrah in the sign of Taurus as it soon will shift signs, not returning to its current place for some 84 years. As Uranus’ Innovative, freedom-loving energy is not at ease in Taurus (Taurus loves comfort, Uranus wants radical change), we can expect that nervous energy will run high, bringing restlessness and a heightened sense of anticipation.

These Uranus energies will strongly influence the rest of February, too. Expect surprises and shifts, perhaps some major breakthroughs, particularly when it aspects Mercury on February 5 and Venus on February 8, with further disruptions possible late in the month. Also, and very significantly, Uranus governs the solar eclipse in Aquarius on February 17.

To manage heightened nervous energy, it might be wise to unplug from technology and to schedule more time for spiritual practices, spending time outdoors and extra self-care. Saving grace: As a transpersonal planet, Uranus is known as the Great Awakener, suggesting that on both a personal and societal level we may experience a higher vibration of consciousness.

Nervous energy runs high on Tuesday, what with the exact Uranus station and the Moon in worrywart Virgo. We may feel off kilter all day. As well,  we may feel a profound ennui as the Sun makes a semisquare to Neptune, heightening any anxiety and lowering our physical vitality.

On Wednesday, February 4, Luna continues in self-care-oriented Virgo.  As well, Venus sextiles Chiron, which helps make any healing within relationships easier. This aspect enhances our sensitivity towards emotional needs, both our own and those of others. With empathy and understanding, past wounds and misunderstandings can be resolved.

Just in time, because Thursday marks the Moon’s ingress into relationship-minded Libra. Mercury squares Uranus, too, which has synapses firing on all cylinders. While hyper-mental clarity is likely, so is further fraying of the nervous system. As well, new information likely will arise today, which may challenge previously held assumptions or beliefs. As a result, we may experience unexpected changes or disruptions, particularly in the areas of communication, transportation and technology. Remaining flexible and open-minded is key.

The Sun also forms a quincunx aspect to Jupiter, creating some dissidence in our established belief systems. We may have to compromise our personal philosophies and values in order to help the greater good. Adjustments made during this time can support our ongoing journey towards greater understanding and self-awareness.

On Friday, Mercury embarks on its annual journey through Pisces, ushering in a time when intuition and imagination come to the forefront. During this transit, our minds become particularly receptive and more influenced by emotion. We may find it easier to receive impressions and attune to the collective thoughts and mindsets around us. Heightened sensitivity can lead to an increased ability to pick up on subtle cues. This transit also can inspire creativity and empathy, it may also cause us to lose clarity when it comes to reality and details.

This Mercury in Pisces phase will be protracted, stretching until April 24. The extension is due to Mercury’s retrograde period, which occurs from February 26 to March 20. Throughout these weeks, the influence of Pisces on Mercury will be especially pronounced, offering a unique opportunity to embrace intuition and imagination while navigating the challenges of emotional thinking. Artists, dreamers and romantics rejoice!

The weekend outlook is dominated by the Venus square Uranus aspect. Social plans may not go as planned, causing us to quickly improvise. Which under this influence can lead to highly enjoyable, even effervescent alternatives. Creativity, whether applied to artistic projects or thinking outside the box, is off the charts, too.

This aspect often sparks issues related to freedom and independence in relationships. Partners may feel a heightened need for personal space, which can prompt important conversations or even confrontations about individuality within the partnership. This may lead to a testing, but relationships that are strong and grounded in mutual acceptance of differences are more likely to adapt and grow. Such partnerships can find new ways to embrace each other's uniqueness while maintaining harmony.
